When you arrive

Our office is within the city of Torrance, in Suite 200 of the Airport Atrium building at 2780 Skypark Drive. The building is near Skypark Drive and Garnier Street, just south of Lomita Boulevard, and you can reach Skypark Drive from Hawthorne Boulevard or Crenshaw Boulevard. There is an on-site surface parking lot.

What we offer

Shin Family Medicine & Laser Center brings two kinds of care together in one office. Dr. Peter B. Shin, a family medicine physician licensed by the Medical Board of California since 1989 (License No. A 46271), sees children and adults for family medicine, from physicals to ongoing care for long-term conditions.

Our physician-directed skin and laser clinic offers cosmetic treatments after an in-person evaluation, and results vary. For county public health programs, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and the three Peninsula cities on our list are served by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health’s South Bay Service Planning Area (SPA 8).

Hours and languages

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Closed Sunday. Please call before your visit, because the office may close on some Thursdays and over the lunch hour.

Dr. Shin speaks English and Korean (한국어). Japanese-language assistance is available if you call ahead (日本語). Free interpreter services, including for Spanish speakers, are available on request (español). See our language assistance notice.
