Dr. Shin is a family medicine physician who has cared for patients in Torrance for many years. He focuses on prevention and on getting to know the health history of your whole family — and he brings the same attentive approach to our skin and laser clinic.

Is Dr. Shin accepting new patients?

Can I see the same practice for medical care and aesthetic treatments?
Yes. Shin Family Medicine & Laser Center offers family medicine — physicals, everyday and chronic-condition care, testing and minor procedures — and a physician-directed skin and laser clinic in the same Torrance office. Medical and cosmetic visits are booked separately.
Do you speak Korean or Japanese?
Dr. Shin speaks English and Korean. Japanese-language help has been available at our office — please call ahead so we can arrange it. If you need an interpreter in any language, tell us when you book; language assistance is free. See our language assistance notice.
Where is the office, and is there parking?
We’re in Suite 200 of the Airport Atrium building at 2780 Skypark Drive in Torrance, near Skypark Drive and Garnier Street, just south of Lomita Boulevard. The building has an on-site surface parking lot. See directions and accessibility details.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We offer self-pay options for patients without insurance, from routine checkups to more comprehensive exams. You also have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your visit. Learn more about self-pay care.
