A personal physician for your whole family
“I care about you and want to be your personal physician,” Dr. Shin says. “I believe that your family’s health is best served in an ongoing, personal relationship with one physician.”
His approach is simple: you get better, more consistent care when your doctor knows you, your lifestyle and the medical history of your family. As a primary care physician, Dr. Shin focuses on prevention and education, with regular reviews of your health so that problems like high blood pressure or high blood sugar are found early — often before they cause symptoms.
Medicine and skin care in one practice
Alongside family medicine, Dr. Shin directs the practice’s skin and laser clinic, offering injectables, laser and light treatments, skin tightening and medical-grade skincare. Before studying medicine, he earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering at Seoul National University — a background he has said helps him understand how laser and energy-based devices work. When a skin condition needs a specialist, he works with dermatology colleagues to find the right care.
